Job summary

At Home is seeking a Team Member (Part-Time) to support front-end, freight, and merchandising in our Corpus Christi store. The role requires enthusiasm for lifting and stocking and delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, stock management, store recovery, and adhering to company standards. Availability nights, weekends, and some holidays is required; 18+ and HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
• The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.

Responsibilities

• The TM maintains a positive attitude and follows all policies, procedures, and directives.
• Provides excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Processes freight, sorts, and stocks products per guidelines.
• Stores recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Completes daily/weekly workload and tasks on time.
• Contributes to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
