Job summary

Responsibilities include cashier duties, stock replenishment, and maintaining store appearance and safety. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
• The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.
• Flexible and creative with the ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and follow company directives and procedures.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment and provide excellent service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate transactions and positive customer experience.
• Process freight, sort and stock products in designated areas according to merchandising guidelines.
• Handle store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workload efficiently and on time.
• Impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
• Perform other duties as needed by business demands.
• Maintain open availability.
