Job summary

K&B Mitre 10 Norwood is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member to help customers bring their projects to life. 25-30 hours per week with a rotating Monday–Sunday roster, in-store support, cash handling and POS processing. You’ll join a friendly team focused on delivering a great customer experience and a tidy, safe store.

Role emphasizes product advice, order handling, pricing/display upkeep and OH&S compliance; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and enjoys working with people.
• Reliable, motivated and willing to roll up their sleeves.
• Positive attitude and works well in a team.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Has previous retail, customer service or sales experience.
• Comfortable handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.

K&B Mitre 10 Norwood is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours per week).

Working across a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, you'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in creating a great in-store experience for every customer. Whether it's helping someone find the right product, processing a sale, or keeping the store looking its best, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the business.

What you will be doing;

• Assisting customers with product advice and recommendations
• Responding to customer enquiries in-store and over the phone
• Processing sales through the POS system
