Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is looking for Team Members to engage customers and fellow team members while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will support selling initiatives, perform assigned tasks, and follow our GURA steps to greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and add value.

Role requires flexibility with shifts, basic computer skills, and a willingness to perform a variety of duties inside and outside the store.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately are required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs, then recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight and merchandising plans.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties as needed.
• Execute price changes, markdowns and assist customers with loading purchases.
