Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will handle cash, assist customers with loading purchases, and participate in merchandising, stock and safety processes. The role requires flexibility in shifts, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work 4+ hour shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs; provide product recommendations.
• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Assist with loading purchases and merchandise recovery; complete plan-o-gram duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and support freight processing.
