Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and support merchandising, cashier duties, and basic store operations.

The role requires no prior experience, but retail, farming, or pet-related knowledge is valued. Expect varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with a focus on safe, efficient service across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• No high-level experience required; retail or farming background preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to offer product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain merchandising.
• Perform janitorial duties and complete price changes/markdowns.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain store cleanliness.
• Document all duties and be prepared to perform other tasks as needed.
