Store - CHI-MERRILLVILLE, IN

Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop and find what they need. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Major Activities

1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure legal compliance and standards adherence.
2. Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.
3. Complete framing orders with high quality and timeliness.
4. Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and replenishment.
5. Provide friendly customer service, assist with shopping, and ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked.
6. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
7. Interact respectfully with others, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.
8. Participate in truck unloading and stocking, following standards within budget.
9. Operate the cash register and handle transactions according to standards.
10. Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
11. Assist with omni-channel processes.

Minimum Experience Required

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Preferred Experience

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

• Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames; using ladders for high shelves.

Work Environment

• Public retail store with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom activity.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
