Work Details

Overnight Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM (3rd Shift). Weekend availability preferred. Overtime is optional.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience.
• Food Service: Prepare, sell, and assist guests with food items, ensuring quality and safety.
• Problem Solving: Address guest and teammate needs, resolve issues, and communicate effectively.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine environment, uphold brand standards.
• Cashier: Operate cash register, stock shelves, and manage store tasks efficiently.
• Host/Hostess: Create an engaging environment, assist with orders, and promote offerings.
• Food Prep: Keep kitchen clean, follow safety standards, and manage inventory.
• Barista: Craft beverages, handle payments, and maintain cash drawer.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18+
• Clear communication
• Ability to lift and stock up to 50 pounds
• Accountable, reliable, punctual, team-oriented, coachable
• Stand for entire shift
• Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications
