Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread, built on a decentralized business model. Each geographic area is led by a Market Leader, with Area Directors overseeing multiple cafes. Reporting to them are General Managers, responsible for the overall operation of their cafes. Assistant Managers assist in daily management, and Team Managers lead specific teams.

Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, is the largest franchise operator worldwide, owning brands like Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. Position Description

Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly environments featuring baked breads and pastries, made-to-order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. No fryers and no late nights. We focus on artisan breads and quality food, creating a grease- and alcohol-free environment for our associates. We seek energetic, team-oriented individuals committed to excellent guest service and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere.

As a Retail Team Member, your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a fast, friendly cafe environment. You will listen to guest needs and deliver service promptly, accurately, and with a friendly smile.

Physical Standards

• Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours.
• Safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Read and write for communication.
