Job summary

Maverik is hiring a Retail Team Member to join our busy stores in Show Low, AZ. You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with food service, stocking shelves, and keeping the store looking inviting.

Starting pay ranges from $15.16 to $17.16 per hour, with opportunities for growth through cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store roles and potential advancement within the company.

• Food Handler Permit, if required by store/county/jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Multitask between customer service, stocking supplies, and keeping displays appealing.
• Prepare Maverik’s recipes and maintain clean, inviting food displays.

Full and Part-time opportunities available. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
