Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Retail Team Member in Hayden, CO to provide outstanding customer service, manage responsibilities across food service and front-of-store operations, and maintain appealing product displays. This position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment and includes a flexible schedule.

You will be part of a supportive team, helping customers and ensuring smooth store operations while contributing to Maverik’s GET Experience standards.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced convenience store.
• Able to multitask across food service and front‑of‑store duties.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as stores are open 24/7.
• Food Handler Permit may be required by store/jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Maverik recipes and ensure displays are clean and ready for customers.

Retail Team Member

Starting pay: $16.52 - $18.52/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

Shift: Full and Part-time opportunities available. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
