Our wholesale operations supply fuel to over 300 locations across New England and New York. We are seeking an Overnight Retail Team Member, part-time. Must be available to work on weekends. General Summary

Our Sales Associates ensure the efficient operation of the station during their shift, contributing to store profitability and growth while meeting customer needs. We encourage our employees to go above and beyond to deliver top-tier service daily.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Work flexible hours as needed and communicate effectively with management about store operations, especially regarding any issues that could affect the store.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer experiences.
• Greet customers warmly and sincerely.
• Suggest additional purchases and promote specials.
• Execute Nouria’s customer service program at the store level.

Safety & Station Appearance

• Prioritize safety for employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Enforce environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Maintain store safety and security, documenting incidents as needed.
• Manage store cleanliness and appearance.
• Operate equipment safely and support safety programs.
• Report accidents, injuries, and incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate IDs for tobacco and alcohol sales as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and handling cases of products using proper techniques.
• Remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Tolerant of gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Access all store areas.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
