Job summary

Whistle Workwear in Lacey, WA is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to support our store's daily operations and customer service.

This part-time evening shift position offers $17.13–$18.00 per hour (DOE), paid sick time, and generous employee discounts, with opportunities to learn sales and merchandising best practices.

You'll help customers, maintain stock, process transactions, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
