Job summary

Work World is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member in Hayward, CA. You’ll help customers with product information, answer questions in person and over the phone, and process sales transactions accurately.

You’ll maintain stock, label merchandise, and support the team in achieving daily sales goals. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation: $17.36-$20.00 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus
