Job summary

Six Flags New England is seeking team members for the Retail department to enhance guest experiences. You will greet guests, operate POS systems, and help customers with merchandise while maintaining a clean and safe sales area.

The role requires a friendly attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service at the cart, shop, or register.

• Stock bins, shelves, and displays with merchandise.
• Enforce Six Flags New England policies and assist in other areas.

Job description

Pay Starting at: $15.00/Hour

Responsibilities

• Providing an enjoyable and memorable experience by greeting guests and providing superior service
• Operating Point of Sale (POS) registers, receiving money and returning proper change with reasonable accuracy and efficiency
• Performing sales and customer service functions including addressing questions and concerns, and answering questions about park product
• Demonstrating a friendly and pleasant demeanor
• Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
• Communicating effectively with lead or supervisor
• Stocking bins, shelves, and displays with various merchandise
• Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
• Assisting in other areas of the Retail and Rentals Department
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
