Position Overview: The Retail Team Leader in Knoxville/Alcoa, TN, shares responsibilities for retail merchandising operations at a branch/division level. Acts as a relief merchandiser for vacation, open, and training routes. Supports execution and compliance of planograms, promotions, and retail initiatives. Assists the Retail Team Manager and Division leadership in training, coaching, counseling, and directing daily retail route operations, including customer retention, price execution, promotional compliance, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, safety, and fleet maintenance. Keeps management updated on team performance and may fill in on various routes to ensure quality service.

Qualifications: 1-3 years of previous route experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills required. Must have problem-solving and decision-making skills. Limited management experience in team supervision, enforcing accountability, and building morale is desirable. Must be able to lift 50 lbs+, be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, and pass background checks and medical physicals as per DOT requirements.
