Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring for a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) to drive store operations and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead opening/closing, oversee daily tasks, and ensure product quality while maintaining store standards.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to manage cash handling and store communications. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass pre-employment checks, including drug screen and background check.
• Basic computer skills required to operate POS and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store.
• Complete daily Store operations and tasks for the day.
• Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks; organize and transfer stock to store.
• Maintain merchandise rotation and product quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Cash handling: deposits, change, and register counts.
• Help build and train the team; supervise sales associates.
