Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Murray, Utah. You will maintain leadership on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and initiatives.

You will analyze sales trends, contribute to team development, and help achieve store goals with a growth mindset and collaborative culture. Training and policy adherence are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and stand long hours on the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Maintains leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed
• Provides feedback to improve individual and team performance and enforces store policies
