The successful candidate will engage in customer service, train staff, manage cash and inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies. Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries, founded in 1916, is one of the largest providers of rehabilitation services in the State of Ohio. Utilizing our retail store network, we generate sales revenue to support thousands of individuals with disabilities and homeless local veterans.
Retail Team Leader will assist management in the operation of the Goodwill retail store. This includes customer service, record keeping, cash management, production, trough donations management, facility operation, communications, merchandising, and inventory control.
