Ollie's Bargain Outlet is seeking a Zone Team Leader to oversee a store zone, lead a merchandising-driven team, and ensure an exceptional customer and associate experience. The role requires supervising staff, managing merchandise flow, and upholding store standards.

As a store keyholder, you will open/close the store, execute daily tasks, and coordinate with leadership to meet goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise, drive associate productivity, assign daily tasks, and uphold customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Zone Team Leader functions to open/close the store and take on additional duties as assigned.

Internal Job Title: Zone Team Leader

Position Overview:

The Zone Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The Zone Team Leader oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, and customer service oversight.

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.

• Ensure that store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.

Oversee process to ensure that merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.

• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
