Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Zone Team Leader to guide a specific zone of the retail floor and lead a team passionate about merchandising and delivering an exceptional shopper experience. You will oversee merchandising, displays, replenishment, and customer service across the zone.

The role requires supervising associates, scheduling, and ensuring store standards and programs are followed. A strong focus on team leadership and operational efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure that store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure that merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Zone Team Leader serves as a store keyholder and is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The Zone Team Leader oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience.
