Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Monroeville, PA is hiring a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder). You will take on rising responsibilities toward leadership, driven by a passion for customer service, stock/inventory management, and skilled use of the point-of-sale system to maintain store conditions.

Open and close the store, assist with daily operations, unload deliveries, rotate merchandise, ensure product quality, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 18+ years old; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store and helping with daily operations.
• Assists in unloading deliveries, organizes merchandise, transfers stock to store.

Be part of it!As part of the leadership team, you will make an impact by:Opening and closing the StoreHelp complete daily Store operations and tasks for the dayAssists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store.Maintaining merchandise - product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensure product qualityProviding exceptional customer service - building relationships, problem-solving, and building salesCash handling - bank deposits, getting change for cashiers, setting and counting down registersHelping to build and train the team!
