Job summary

New Balance in California is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to assist with opening/closing the store, drive results and deliver a world class guest experience. You will lead by example through New Balance’s Core Competencies, supervising and coaching associates while ensuring safety procedures and excellent service standards on the sales floor.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
• Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)

Citadel II, CA Retail Only Pay Range: $19.55 - $24.40 - $29.30 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
