Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales; operate and assist with Print Services equipment; coordinate service for customers.
• Process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures, deadlines and visual standards; identify improvement areas and support loss prevention.
• Drive sales and profitability through conversion, higher AOV and customer satisfaction; coach and train associates.
• Open/close responsibilities; act as Key Carrier; support shift operations and store safety.
