Maverik is seeking a Lead Retail Team Member in the United States to join our fast-paced stores. You’ll lead the floor, support store operations, and step up during peak periods while cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: Model and reinforce Maverik’s GET customer service expectations, providing prompt, friendly, and professional service and helping Team Members consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership & Team Support: Be a leader and team player as you help support team members, customers, and help on the floor.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Keep customers coming back by keeping the store stocked, organized, and ready to go while managing inventory, handling cash, completing shift checkout, and staying on top of required reporting.
