Job summary

New Balance is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to join our Tulsa, OK team and help open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example, coaching associates and ensuring operational excellence across inventory, scheduling, and safety.

The role requires 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location).

Tulsa, OK Retail Only Pay Range: $16.40 - $20.50 - $24.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
