Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Retail Team Lead to join the Retail Leadership Team in Barstow, CA. You will open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience, guiding associates with New Balance's core values.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling support, and hands-on coaching to achieve store KPIs while maintaining safety and operational standards. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)

Barstow, CA Retail Only Pay Range: $19.75 - $24.65 - $29.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
