Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in Middletown Township, PA to work closely with Department Managers to price, stock, and present merchandise to meet customer needs and drive sales and profits.

The role includes assisting team members, providing ongoing training, and acting as leader on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening/closing duties and maintaining store safety.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Acts as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Opens and closes the store and ensures all store property and team members are safe and secure.
• Provides training and education to team members to ensure compliance and high performance.
