Job summary

Hill House Home seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support our Boston store and retail team. You will serve as a brand ambassador, support daily operations, and enhance client experience to ensure store success.

The role is full-time with a retail schedule including weekends. You will help drive sales, manage client relationships, and lead staff to uphold Hill House standards in merchandising, policies, and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fast-paced retail experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and motivational attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive service at store level.
• Help set and achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies.
• Develop client retention and acquisition goals with CRM initiatives.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations, policies, and visual merchandising.
• Supervise and train retail staff and assist in scheduling shifts.
• Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and restock as needed.
