Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, coach team members, and ensure a superior customer experience. You’ll assist the store manager, own the location day-to-day, and help coach performance while maintaining product knowledge and a clean, organized store.

Candidates should be 18+, with open weekend availability, retail or customer service experience, and a dynamic leadership style.
