Qualifications

• Strong sewing and alteration abilities with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hems, waist/seat, sleeves, seams) per guidelines.
• Maintain ~60 minutes productive alteration per work hour.
• Ensure high-quality finishes, secure stitching, and clean finishes.
• Press garments for a clean, crisp look.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; maintain tools.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for pickup.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies.
