Men’s Wearhouse, a division of Tailored Brands, is seeking a Retail Store Tailor-Alterations in Dedham, MA. You will greet customers, discuss alterations, and expertly mark, alter, and press garments to ensure a flawless fit.

Maintain shop cleanliness and assist teammates while delivering a high-quality, personalized tailoring experience. Qualified applicants have formal tailoring training or strong experience in menswear alterations, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Formal training for tailoring preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Good technical skill.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations of men’s tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers during the selling process.
• Mark, alter, and press garments to ensure proper fit.
• Answer customer questions about alterations.
• Maintain an organized and clean tailor shop.
• Offer wardrobe ensemble suggestions.
