Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Sales Support Associate to keep the store organized and customer-ready by managing deliveries, stock levels, and daily floor replenishment. You will ensure accurate stock, assist customers, and support selling floor operations.

The role requires retail service experience, strong client service and communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is essential; familiarity with omnichannel selling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail service experience is required.
• Excellent client service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and selling floor accessibility.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite/warehouse.
• Audit compliance and shrinkage control.
