Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Rochester, MN is hiring a Support Associate to help deliver a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization to keep the store operating smoothly.

This part-time role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to work standing for long periods. You will support MAPS principles, assist with visual merchandising, and maintain clean, organized sales and stock areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise and replenishes stock on the sales floor.
• Enters receiving documents and reconciles invoices; completes store transfers and Locate requests.
• Assists with pricing changes and markdowns; supports visual merchandising and signage placement.
• Assists with floorsets, window changes and overall visual presentations.
• Supports MAPS principles to deliver a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Keeps boutique clean and organized and participates in other duties as assigned.
