Job summary

Winston Retail in Fargo, ND is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to support stores on a project-based, independent contractor basis. You will stock, merchandise, and execute displays while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll work with store teams, complete mobile reports with photos, and manage visits to meet deadlines. Hours vary by project with a flexible schedule. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance and reporting via smartphone.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
