Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Bradley, IL for independent contractor roles. You will stock, set up displays, and support brand presentation across assigned stores, with project-based merchandising and flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to communicate with store teams. You will report using mobile apps, complete store visit reports with photos, and adhere to planogram standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.

• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
