Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to join our project-based team in Sylvester, GA. This role blends ongoing store support with hands-on merchandising to enhance shopper experiences across leading brands.

You will work independently on assignments, build strong store partnerships, and execute planograms and displays with accuracy. Flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate reflect the project-based nature of this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional heavier items with assistance.
• Smartphone reporting using iOS or Android devices.

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
