Job summary

Tory Burch in Sunrise, FL is seeking a Support Associate to help customers, run the cash wrap, and keep the store running smoothly. You may greet customers, run errands, and respond to questions while adhering to store policies and teamwork.

This role supports both front of the house and back of the house operations. The position requires 1–2 years in a high-volume retail environment, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and operate the front of the house and cash wrap.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations.
• Answer phones and help enforce operational policies and procedures.
