Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and help maintain an organized stock room to ensure smooth product flow.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in a high-volume retail setting, be available for nights, weekends and holidays, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. We offer benefits and an employee discount to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, reach and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier and handle phones.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Assist with front of house and back of house operations to maintain store efficiency.
