Job summary

Tory Burch is hiring for a retail associate in the United States. You will support front of house and back of house operations, including greeting customers, ringing up purchases, stocking, packing and unpacking shipments, and maintaining the store’s organized flow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier and handle phones while following store policies.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional retail experiences and drive sales.
