Job summary

Tory Burch in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an energetic retail team member to multi-task across greeter, runner, cashier, and stock-room roles. You’ll help execute policies, pack/unpack shipments, and organize stock rooms to ensure smooth product flow and high standards of service.

You will join a collaborative team that values flexibility, initiative, and excellence, with opportunities for overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow.
• Working with an amazing team of professionals who share a passion for excellence.
• Supporting front of the house and back of the house operations.
