Job Summary: Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and collaborates with retail associates.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for proper cash handling and completing reports such as inventory, cash, and production records.
2. Responds to customer needs and resolves concerns.
3. Assists with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
4. Ensures department is opened and closed according to security policies.
5. Participates in hiring, training, and supervising associates.
6. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
