Red Rocks Amphitheatre, located near Morrison, Colorado, is a renowned natural rock formation and iconic open-air concert venue. Aramark supports our clients by providing exceptional service and hospitality to enhance the guest experience.

Position: Retail Sales Lead Worker

The Retail Sales Lead oversees retail associates in a store environment, managing employee activities, merchandise shipping and receiving, customer service, and problem-solving. They support and train staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure all preparations are complete for the day. The Lead exemplifies excellent customer service, maintains a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere, and steps in for management when needed. Compensation is estimated as of posting time.

This position is Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time

Shift: 4:30AM-12:30PM (availability required)

Compensation: $20.00 to $22.75 per hour, based on experience and current estimates.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the store
  • Conducting safety briefings
  • Fulfilling online orders and reporting sales
  • Managing inventory and transfers
  • Providing guest information about the park
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Training and supervising staff
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and restocking
  • Assisting with loss prevention and merchandise receiving
  • Updating merchandise displays
  • Handling IT issues and leading special projects
  • Managing POS transactions and employee discounts
  • Covering employee breaks
  • Communicating store concerns to management

Qualifications:

  • Retail experience preferred
  • Strong math, leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Additional Information: Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
