About the Role

This role involves supporting the store leadership team by performing assigned functional tasks. You will serve as a role model to employees, promoting selling behaviors and executing tasks in specific areas of expertise. Your focus will be on leading processes, maintaining productivity, and ensuring goals are met. Collaborating with your leadership team, your aim is to model and teach behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  1. Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
  2. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  3. Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors, role modeling these behaviors with every customer to provide an exceptional experience.
  4. Support sales leaders during non-peak hours, focusing on the customer.
  5. Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
  6. Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
  7. Support the completion of work before or after store hours, including opening and closing checklists.
  8. Leverage omni-channel strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  9. Ensure compliance with all standards.
