Job Summary:

The Retail Supervisor oversees the pro shop and assists in the camp store. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, managing inventory, driving sales, recruiting and training team members, and managing merchandise operations. Knowledge in retail sales, action sports equipment, and repair operations is essential. Inventory management and merchandising to boost sales are key aspects of this role.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage retail sales and operations
• Implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
• Assist with bike, skateboard, and scooter repairs for campers and guests
• Recruit and train retail team members
• Develop and execute visual merchandising directives
• Manage store appearance and product presentation
• Handle cash and till funds accurately
• Utilize POS systems and repair tools
• Other duties as assigned

• Calmness under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable environment

Preferred Experience/Special Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Customer service and retail operations experience
• Knowledge of action sports equipment

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise approximately 5 employees

Schedule/Requirements:

• Pre-hire criminal and child abuse clearances, FBI fingerprint screening
• Physical ability to bend, twist, push, pull, stand, and lift 50 lbs
• Preferred availability during the Summer Camp season
