Job summary

Nike Factory Store Lancaster in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume store team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, training staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1 year of retail experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help customers choose products, manage cash, and maintain compelling displays while upholding Nike’s Service

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
