Job summary

Nike Factory Store Hershey in Hershey, PA is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and guide customers in making the best choices. You’ll work with your team on customer service, product knowledge, and store execution.

The role emphasizes daily customer engagement, teamwork, and embracing Nike’s culture while supporting store goals and events. Must be 18+ with retail experience and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
