Job summary

Nike Lancaster Factory Store in Lancaster, PA seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor associates, drive store performance, and uphold Nike standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include guiding daily operations, maintaining stock and visual displays, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.
