Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods with or without accommodations

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs
• Bringing a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step
• Play by the rules, demonstrating integrity, reliability and kindness
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving, stocking products, cleaning and building displays
• Show up for teammates by attending store events
