Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Jackson Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Supervisor to drive a high-energy store experience, model exceptional service, and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will resolve consumer concerns, partner with the store manager on issues, and participate in training for new hires and current staff while ensuring accurate cash handling and store operations.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven supervising, coaching and training skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors to associates.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns per policy with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Partner with store manager on elevated consumer issues.
• Train new hires and current employees on LSCO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention.
• Coach and contribute to an environment that drives engagement and sales performance.
• Efficient cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Perform store procedures in line with store policy and meet daily sales goals.
